Let’s just call it Cocktail Number 6. Here at Kismet Refining, we always like to play around when we are inspired. Full Recipe – Join Jules recently made a spicy Paloma cocktail using hot sauce we wanted to try the same idea using one of our very unique hot sauces – the Hibiscus Lavender Hot Sauce. We went all in on the hibiscus flavor by adding more of our Hibiscus Vinegar in place of the acidity grapefruit and finished it off by using our Hibiscus Sugar as the garnish on the glass. The booze comes from tequila Blanco, but it would be just fine with an equal amount of water for a mocktail version as the spicy notes cover up the lack of alcohol burn.

A Simple Spicy Paloma-inspired drink. Featuring Hibiscus Vinegar in place of grapefruit
Ingredients
- 1/4 oz Hibiscus Lavender Hot Sauce
- 1/4 oz Lime Juice
- 2 oz Hibiscus Vinegar
- 2 oz Tequila Blanco
- 1/4 Hibiscus Sugar for a garnished rime
Instructions
- Prepare your glassware
- Stir ingredients with ice
- Strain thru a hawthorn strainer
- Enjoy
