Ingredients

1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Celery Vinegar
1 oz Pear Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
3 oz Sparkling wine

Instructions

Add ice to wine glass and add ingredients directly to glass. Stir gently to blend. garnish with lemon wheel, mint sprig, or nothing at all, and simply enjoy!
