  • 2 - 3 Strawberries
  • 2 Basil Leaves
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Amaro Hibiscus
  • 1 1/2 oz Old Harbor Gin
  • Seltzer Water or Prosecco to top


  • Muddle the ingredients in cocktail shaker.
    2 - 3 Strawberries, 2 Basil Leaves, 3/4 oz Lemon Juice, 3/4 oz Simple Syrup, 1/4 oz Amaro Hibiscus, 1 1/2 oz Old Harbor Gin
  • Give a good shake with ice.
  • Strain with Hawthorne strainer (to prevent clogging cocktail strainer) into glass prepared with ice.
  • Top with bubbles!
    Seltzer Water or Prosecco to top



Make a sophisticated mocktail by swapping out the Gin for Water and using Seltzer- Lemon, Lime, or Berry flavored Sparkling Water would go great!
