We are a boutique refinery that focuses on craft vinegar production & fermentation processes to enhance all your culinary and cocktail creations. Vinegar has been used through the ages to preserve in-season produce for out-of-season use. We plan to revitalize that concept and create products that are sustainable and help decrease food waste.

On a personal note, we are a dynamic wife & husband duo. We have a wonderful little girl and our loyal sidekick, Kismet. He got the name when we rescued him under rather unusual circumstances that it could only have been “kismet.”
