It’s been fun researching cocktails made with Sfumato Rabarbaro and Cynar that we designed our N/A Amaro Hibiscus to be in the same vein as.
But making the cocktails has been far more fun!

- 2 oz Kismet Amaro Hibiscus2 oz 90-proof bourbon0.75 oz grapefruit juice.25 oz aquafaba or egg white
- Shake with Ice.
- Strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice on the rim of the glass.
