Celery vinegar offers earthy, vegetative notes in a world of overly sweet cocktail recipes. Want to go a little more herbal? Use gin instead of vodka!

This recipe is easy to batch for serving multiple guests. Simply mix everything but the sparkling wine in a pitcher, divide evenly into guests’ wine glasses, prepared with ice, & top with Sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon wedge, sprig of mint, or whatever feels right!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Celery Vinegar
  • 1 oz Pear Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3 oz Sparkling wine

Instructions
 

  • Add ice to wine glass and add ingredients directly to glass. Stir gently to blend. garnish with lemon wheel, mint sprig, or nothing at all, and simply enjoy!
